Billy was very helpful in assisting us with funding a perfect place. It was refreshing talking with someone who did not sugar coat things (we have previous agencies tell us that we will "get used to" the loud train noises outside). Billy also did not rush us and was very knowledgeable of the flat he showed us, again, great, no need to to do our own checks! The process was quick and he even send us the offer form after his work day ended, really brilliant!

Working with Keatons and in particular with OJ Aksu was a seamless and exemplary experience; it is difficult to stress how strongly we recommend his services. Throughout the process of buying our first flat, OJ proved highly professional and extremely helpful. Ultimately, due to OJ's efficiency we secured our dream apartment with minimal stress. He has been extremely helpful in communicating with sellers and helping us even after our sale has gone through. We were first time buyers so often needed guidance and advice which OJ was amazing at.
