Absolutely brilliant agents from the Welling branch from the beginning and still continue to be. David Dyer is so personable and sought to identify my needs as a tenant, with relevant options. The team that I also interacted with were Tommy-Lee and Matthew- their communication as a team is impeccable. No matter who I spoke to, they were able to follow up efficiently.
On managing to lock myself out of my flat on a Sunday afternoon, I was relieved and surprised at the quick response I received from Tommy-Lee! Within half an hour, he was ready to meet me and communicated again to check all was well. Last year I sold a rental property through Anthony James, which was handled by Rick and his associate Kim. Nothing but good things to say. Everything was handled professionally and promptly. I was so impressed that when I decided to sell my home it was the obvious choice to use them again. I've used at least 3 other agents in welling in the past and always had issues with them. I was well looked after by Tommy and the team at Anthony James. They were extremely professional throughout the sale process, keeping me up to date every step of the way. They were also very quick to deal with any problems that arose creating a stress free, smooth sale.
