I don't normally write reviews. Having said that I felt that the service I got from Chattertons estate agents was so exceptionally good that I would have to write a few words. The team at Chattertons, Doug, Janet and Tracy are able to balance friendliness and efficiency. It is very rare these days to have a phone call answered, a promise to call back kept and all questions answered. I cannot recommend this firm more highly.

Would highly recommend Mike & his team at Chattertons. We began our journey by meeting Mike who guided & advised us so went on by letting our property with them where Janet looked after us, what a lovely lady. She handled absolutely everything from start to finish & was extremely helpful, friendly & professional, the whole process ran smoothly & was totally stress free.

We then went on to sell our property where Mike was bombarded with viewings & in just one day lead to sale of the property! Tracy then looked after us throughout the sale process, another lovely lady. Again extremely helpful, friendly & professional giving us regular updates & always on hand. Doug and his team helped us sell & purchase a house 13 years ago, we were very happy with their service. We brought a house that was being sold by Chattertons and Doug and team were all amazing for us. There were a few hold ups and delays in the process further up the chain, but they went over an above to keep us informed (making up for the shortcomings of our solicitor) and were chasing estate agents further up the chain to get as much info as possible and keep things moving. They made the whole process so much easier. They were very patient with us constantly calling and asking for updates when really they worked for the seller not us.

Doug and Tracy and the team were brilliant throughout the process of valuing, advertising, and selling my house. From start to finish they kept me up to date and always attended when probable buyers came to view the house. Had such a positive experience with New Eltham Chattertons. Dealt with Mike at the beginning who showed me round a few properties and was always really helpful and informative. Once we found the right house we dealt with Tracy who was super responsive, friendly and supportive. All round great experience for us first time buyers. We have bought our present home through Chattertons who have been very helpful all through the process. We asked for multiple viewings given the size of the house and the surrounding plot and the fact that we needed to bring in our builders for viewings. Mike and Doug have been very flexible and patient in providing us access for longer appointments and I really appreciate their professional interest and commitment in this matter.

When we had to make a late decision to put our own property on the market to but the current property Doug and Mike provided proper guidance, negotiated and managed the situation between us and the landlord to ensure both our interests are protected.
