Our experience with Hansons was outstanding. From start to finish the level of care Karmdeep and the team exhibited was truly exemplary. We wrote several emails during very early or late hours and we were never left waiting too long for a response. Karmdeep found us our ideal property, and did it all with a level of class and transparency not always present with estate agents. I cannot recommend these guys enough! I have been trying to get in touch in response to the boiler being broken and hence being left without hot water for over a month. After calling for weeks to be told time and time again that they're sorry and will have it fixed urgently. I have also sent several messages but after a couple of weeks still no response or they're chase the maintenance team. I don't understand how it is so difficult to arrange someone to fix it.

I have asked to speak to a manger but instead been told that they'll leave a message for them themselves and get them to escalate the issue. We have been made to feel completely on our own, with no communication available no matter how much we try and of course, no repairs done. This isn't the first time it has happened when it comes to repairs.

I recently was on the hunt with a friend for a flat to share and came across a property let by Hanson's Estates. I was initially contacted by Karmdeep who led us through the process. He was very helpful and is great with communication. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and now we have a great new home! Big thanks to Karmdeep for helping us out with everything. It gives me confidence in renting this property that we have good support from the management. I would definitely recommend others to use Hanson's in the future!
