I placed the house i was selling on the market on a Monday and was sold by Friday. Langford Rae had organised a open day for potential buyers and the rest was history Throughout the process they kept me informed and during completion were professional and helpful. Would recommend using them for those people that prefer to deal with a real person rather than on line.

Right from the onset, I found Langford Rae Property agents very quick in their response to my enquiries on a property I was interested in and this played out through the whole process. Unlike most of the other agents I had been in touch with, they took the time to understand my needs and challenges and recommend a solution which worked for both myself and the landlord - all closed out within 2 weeks! The staff are very professional but at the same time friendly and always willing to help with advice when contacted. We have just completed the purchase of our house which was listed with Langford Rae. Throughout the whole process they were incredibly pleasant, helpful, really quick to respond to any we queries we had. Buying a house can be a really frustrating process as there are so many parties involved but Nikki and Jill, who we dealt with, were on top of it all and generally just drove the whole process forward. Would definitely recommend!
