We'll also be happy to offer advice on anything you could do to the property prior to marketing to help with the sale. Landlord Services & Fees

Referencing of applicant, including financial checks, previous landlord, credit check, Right to Rent Check. Ensuring the tenant is provided with all relevant documents and certificates prior to tenancy. Essentially, we will deal with everything up until the point of the tenant moving in, at which stage they will be provided with your contact details so that they can then liaise with you directly moving forward.
