We had such a great experience working with Coombe Residential in the past few month. Special call out to Elizabeth Szot. We had a tight timeline and the buying process can be lengthy and confusing with multiple parties involved. Elizabeth has always been there for us, keeping our best interest in mind. Hani and his team handled the letting of our property for just over twenty years. They brought us excellent tenants with only minimal intervals in between each letting and their advice was always most helpful. Therefore when it came to wanting to sell the property there was only one agency that we would consider. Hani has outstanding knowledge of property in this area and sure enough we were soon in contact with an interested party and we moved from initial contact to exchange with only minimal difficulty.
