Paul Graham have been fantastic throughout the process of selling our house. Their comunication was excellent and they managed to negotiate all of the issues which arose throughout the chain. My experience with Paul Graham Wallington was the best I'd ever had with estate agents. Unlike many other agencies, they didn't just help me find a buyer for my property, but also really helped pushing things forward by constantly being in touch with other parties in the chain as well as their solicitors. I'm confident that without Lisa and Jacqui's expertise and constant support the whole process would have taken much longer. I would recommend Paul Graham without hesitation - they are professional, responsive, nice to deal with and worth every penny.

We recently sold my mums house through Paul Graham in Wallington. My mum, recently widowed and with dementia was having to move into a care home. We were very nervous about the sale process as mum was still living in her home. Greg was very kind and sensitive to our situation regarding viewings and worked hard to ensure viewings happened safely and without inconvenience to mum and her carer. Thank you also to Lisa who helped and guided us through the sale.
