I am so grateful that I chose Rochford Stokes to sell my property. There were numerous complexities concerning my flat sale and I really don't believe that any other estate agent would have had the knowledge or experience to have dealt with these. Throughout the process I had constant updates from Rochford Stokes who were always on hand for queries, moral support and any other concerns. The two Jasons were incredible and both went beyond their remit to chivy solicitors, third parties and provide solutions to a rather, long and protracted sale.

My partner and I bought a property sold by Rochford Stokes and we have to say that from the beginning Jason Carlon showed himself to be a truly amazing agent, we never felt that he was pushing to make the sale, on the contrary he gave us space to look around, and make our own opinions of the flat. The team at Rochford Stokes were always very diligent with the process and even helped us finding a mortgagee advisor and a solicitor - James Muncaster the mortgage advisor from Chagnon Financial was also an absolutely star.
