I rented for a year with Frost. The lettings team lead by Jenny and Charlotte were the most professional and helpful I've ever experienced. Charlotte was in constant communication throughout the entirety of the process whilst being professional and giving her expert (and honest) advice which was greatly appreciated. I have recently rented an amazing flat via Frost Agency and the service was superb! Charlotte and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and I could not recommend them highly enough! We were supposed to rent a different flat but the tenants from that flat decided not to leave which left us in a difficult situation as we needed to move ASAP and Charlotte contacted me as soon as a new flat was available and even dropped the keys to my old place when she was on holidays as I had to isolate after coming back from my holiday travels. Honestly just amazing!
