I rented a property managed by Eddison White for three years and overall I have to say I had a really positive experience, especially compared to estate agents I've rented from in the past. When I had issues, they got sorted out pronto and their staff were universally helpful and kind to deal with. Richard, the owner, has been great to chat with too.

My purchase should have been straight forward but unfortunately I made a horrendous choice of solicitors which almost lost me the property. Absolutely appalling agency. VERY unprofessional and rude. As a tenant seeking help when moving out of a property they were unhelpful, would not reply to emails or calls in matters of urgency, very quick to put their opinion in when not needed and very defensive about their lack of service. They are more than happy to pass blame for their negligence as an agency on to you as a tenant, hiding behind a 'it's not our problem it's your fault' attitude.

Expect a minimal level of service. This agency is more interested in money than respecting you as a client in a frustrating situation. They WILL let people walk around your home without an agent and they will charge you ridiculous fees. Stay well clear!
