Look Property were the best agency to rent with. From first communication they were very efficient and helpful in negotiating to find an agreement that works for both ours and the landlord's needs. Throughout our tenancy, they were always very prompt in responding to our queries and maintenance reports, and every issue was sorted to a high standard as quickly as possible without problem. The staff were all very friendly and a pleasure to communicate with, and they really cared about making our tenancy experience easy and comfortable. I called to view an apartment for 3:15pm. I received an email confirmation with Steve Dawson contact information. I arrived at the property earlier and called around 3:05 to make it known that I was there. I scanned the area whilst I was waiting and then sat outside the building for the apartment that I came to view. I had spent 10 on a cab journey to get to that location. At 3:17 I got a phone call that they were still trying to locate the keys to the property.

I sat and waited, I called again to chase because I had to go back to work, I was told to wait as they were contacting someone. Finally at 3:35pm they told me they couldn't locate the keys and nothing could be done. No apology was given, no care either as they seemed it wasn't their problem. Hung up the call and left me there. I spent 20 in cabs for a last minute viewing that was a waste of my time and money.

They're completely unprofessional, why would you not try to locate the keys before the appointment? Why would you not call me to let me know potentially you can find them so I could pause making my journey. Never again would I view anything through look property and I advise you not to either.
