They handled everything professionally, efficiently and smoothly, ensuring that I could move-in within a week and also move out with no hassles. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience! I rented a house from them on thousands of terms and payments. 10 months after entering, the owner evicted us under the pretext that he would live in the house. Why then was the ad for a long Time? Be careful with this company so you don't regret it like I do.

I lived in a rented property for 5 years and have left the property now and have got all the deposit back. In those 5 years, i have never had any issue dealing with Home choice associates for getting anything in the house sorted for any issues. The only issue is you have to remind them multiple times to get things done. Had to wait 2 weeks when there was no hot water for shower and the plumber got money from me and landlord both. Not home choice's fault but please get another plumber to do your jobs.

I rented a property through Homechoice for last 3 years or so. During all these years, my experience working with them has been a topsy turvy ride at times. Quick response initially and also would arrange the concerning person (plumber or electrician) at a short notice. But then it slowed down and had to constantly keep chasing them. My recommendation to them would be please respond swiftly & quickly to the tenants when something has been reported.

If this service is improved, I am sure you will be one of the best estate agents in Redbridge and tenants will certainly be using their services again. They were very professional when they handed over the property, as I was provided a detail inventory list and photographs of the property showing in which state it was given, thus expecting the same from the tenants while leaving.

I thought the whole process was very transparent and ruled out any potential issues. And most importantly, I got my full deposit back Special thanks again to DAL for sorting out the GAS meter key when we moved in.

Totally incompetent company with extortionate fees. I had issues from day one, from collecting keys, to miscommunicating information to incorrect completion of tenancy agreement 3 times, tenancy agreement being sent to wrong people, total breach of data protection to tenants in my property without my signing the agreement and I've now found out from the Council that the tenants should legally NOT be in my property as too small for the number of people.

I could incur a large fine and I know Home Choice would have known this. Please please PLEASE, another reputable agent so you pay for the service received. I have submitted a formal complaint to the company and after 15 days have still received no response, I was hoping to at least receive an apology and assurance that this will NOT happen again in the future.
