There is not enough high commendation I could make to Maciej at Alex Neil, Canary Wharf, for the outstanding work done on the purchase of my first property. Very happy with Alex Neil who helped me sell my property unlike PurpleBricks who took the money from me but the PB Agent was clueless and shouted at me when I dared to ask when he will finally get some viewings in. Opposite experience with Alex Neil. Maciej and Georgia were very helpful. I never had to chase them for updates. Maciej was proactive in getting the deal completed.
He didn't try to bully me into lowering my asked price just to get this deal done, no he worked very hard to get to a happy result for me. I really appreciate all your help, just wish I did from the start and didn't waste time and money on scammers from PurpleBrick.

5 stars - I would like to thank Rabeya Khatun, for responding so quickly and actually trying to really help to solve issues that are in the apartment. She is absolutely brilliant! I hope she will continue helping me resolve ongoing issues in the apartment and I can enjoy living there. Apartment itself is great. I couldn't leave 5 stars, as my experience with the actual agents that rented the property, who promised lots of things, but when I moved in I found the property without basic checks done, mould all over bathrooms and lots of issues, that could have been resolved before I moved in.
I would have expected they communicated with property manager about apartment situation. It was really stressful on the move day two hours before I have to move with my belongings, to come to the apartment that had lots of issues, and it being Saturday I could not even get through to anyone.

After relocating to London from New York I had to find a new property to rent, in a new country. Daunting task. I sent hundred of request through property sites to god knows how many estate agencies, and shortly received and email from Lucy at Alex Neil. After landing in London I had a viewing on the same day, made my holding deposit and moved in to the flat the following weekend. Lucy was very helpful explaining the lettings process and guiding me through referencing and helped me to find a lovely little flat in a lovely area right next to a beautiful park.
