Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Terrible company and unprofessional. In particular Charlie Edwards, incredibly rude and unprofessional! The way that child spoke to me was disgusting. I cant believe they are allowed to treat clients this way. I will be reporting the company and taking my complaint much further. THE OWNERS OF THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

Very bad experience with this agent, they were dismissive of me as I don't think my property was valuable enough for them to spend their time to help me. I thought in the market and tough times we are in they would welcome any business. Clearly not, the have even bothered to return my calls or emails. I have now instructed an agent round the corner in Romford. Nothing but good experience with them treated well and looked after and now they have rented my flat out for me. DONT USE THIS AGENT. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. CHOSE ANOTHER.

This is the first time I've used a letting agency to 'let' one of my properties and also to manage it. I cannot praise Dan and his team more for their professionalism from start to finish. As a Landlord getting the right tenant is paramount and the process Hilbery Chaplin used was so thorough and fast that my property was occupied and rented to the right person within weeks. Right from the start they were professional; helpful; they really were listening to me. From the moment that they first engaged with me, I didn't feel that they wanted to rush me through the paperwork and sign on the dotted line. They took the time to explain the process and really work along side me. I had just lost my Father and was deeply in grief. The last thing I wanted to think about was selling his house.
But I was shown great empathy and understanding and felt that I really wanted these people to sell my Dads house. From the moment they had my house on the market they kept me up to speed at every step of the way, I trusted them completely and they had the house sold so quickly. From the moment we reached out to the team at Hilbery Chaplin they have been absolutely brilliant. Starting with our viewings with Kathy and our calls with James, the team were always happy to answer our questions and advise us on the process, which was so appreciated as we are first time buyers. Once we got our offer accepted, Hollie was incredible throughout the rest of the process. She pushed things through brilliantly and communicated everything with us to keep us calm during what was certainly a stressful process for us both. A massive thank you to the whole team for getting us into our first house.

I have used a couple of agencies over the years and Hilbery Chaplin, by far, have been our favourite to deal with. In particular Valerie and Dan at the Romford branch. It was a highly stressful time for my family and we were up against the country going into lockdown, however they were able to bring our moving in day forward and all paper work etc was completed swiftly. They were both such lovely people. I couldn't recommend Hilbery Chaplin enough.
