Outstanding service. Moving house is stressful and the Glyn-Jones team smooth it through. There are always bumps of which any issues are addressed and dealt with. Customer service at its best.

Appalling treatment, zero customer service, sides with the Landlord at every opportunity and even allowed the landlord to get me out of the property because he didn't like me constantly complaining about the poor unreliable central heating / boiler system - something that would not have been the case had the landlord properly repaired and maintained the boiler in full working order in the first place.
Then had the audacity to pull me on damp issues that I'd flagged 6 months previously and expected a deduction in my deposit refund in contribution to put it right! Shameful attitude towards a hard working honest genuine tenant and certainly not Number One in my book for Customer Satisfaction. I felt and still do feel extremely let down at people I trusted to be decent honest and understanding and who I thought were nice people to deal with.

I would highly recommend Glyn-Jones in Rustington if you are either buying or selling. I had the pleasure of dealing with Graham, who not only made a note of the kind of property I was looking for, but went as far as keeping me updated as to the state of the market, and giving me some insight as to when something suitable might become available. Graham was fantastic from start to finish. He was always on the ball, and kept me updated constantly.
He also chased the solicitors when necessary! I've dealt with a few estate agents in the past, and I can honestly say that Glyn-Jones are without a shadow of a doubt the most conscientious and approachable of the lot! Thanks again guys.
