As first time buyers we cannot recommend Whitlock and Heaps enough. We had had a poor experience before buying our current property and the difference when we were dealing with Whitlock and Heaps was enormous. Our purchase was not without problems but Jack was always communicative, responsive and essentially held our hand through the stressful process. He went above and beyond being in almost daily contact and coming up with solutions to the seemingly constant problems we were experiencing with a solicitor. 5 star service, you couldn't ask for a better estate agent. I've never left a Google review before but it really was service worth shouting about!
