Dean & co were very professional and courteous from the first contact with Les. The knowledge and experience Les, Adam and Ryan have was invaluable and they kept me fully updated through many delays. It was due to be a reasonably straightforward process with only a short chain, however it proved to be very difficult. Despite all the delays and frustrations at the bottom of the chain, Les remained helpful, cheery, affable and reassuring which made the long winded process more bearable. Based on my recent experience, I thoroughly recommend Les and all his colleagues at Dean & co. Thank you.

Dean and Co were extremely helpful with my relocation from London to Hove. Adam the Sales Exec was honest and understanding throughout the process and gave me plenty of time to view the property we purchased. When it came to having our independent building survey done Adam put me in contact with specialists who were able to comment on survey extracts and provide timely quotes for work and managed to save 50% on somewhat exaggerated estimates in the building survey. Dean and Co were not like some Estate Agents I have come across in London and it felt they really had my family interests at heart. Would highly recommend them in my experience. Best regards, Rob

I have been so impressed with Dean & Co since the minute I first called them. Trying to find somewhere to rent at the moment is such a worrying and stressful time, but Dean & Co have made the whole process so much easier and took away all that worry. I have been dealing with Marion who has been so kind, so understanding, professional and has always responded to my queries promptly. I am so happy to be renting through such a lovely agency, I can't recommend them enough.
