Mark Oliver called the next day and explained there had been a problem with his system. So I have amended my rating Mark Oliver made an appointment with me to view a property. He did not arrive, when I finally managed to get hold of him he said the property had been let the previous day. He did not bother to let me know. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Would never use this agent again

Critical: Responsiveness I have called them 4 times, left a message and emailed - no one gets back to you - how they plan on selling anything is beyond me! Really really bad service. Shame you cannot give minus stars

Critical: Professionalism I spoke with Mark oliver about the rental of a bungalow, he was extremely rude and asked inappropriate questions about what I would do when the tenancy ended. Very unprofessional and arrogant would never use again. My partner passed his office and he was sat with his feet on the desk.
