We have been with Callaways for over 7 years and cant praise them highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are quick and efficient at any problem you have. All the staff are on a first name basis which makes it more personal and always there to help or advise. Every aspect of Callaways is carried out to the highest of standards and with respect.

As a contractor specialising in Gardening, Ive had the pleasure of working with Callaways over the past year. Tenants are always informed of my arrival and I am given detailed works orders to complete the jobs I am asked to do. I highly recommend Callaways!

I came in touch with Callaways, via Rightmove. I was aware that finding a rental in Brighton is a tenuous process, but, Callaways was a gush of fresh air, as opposed to what I heard. I had interacted with James Duffy, whos a Branch Manager at Callaways, and was delighted to observe how smooth my transition with them was! Professional, diligent, transparent, always on-time, and quick to understand and process the requests! For someone who recently moved, it was a great help. From the administrative side, Laura Simpson was friendly, welcoming, responsive, and understanding. Interacting with these two made the transition a whole lot easier.
