Selling a house is not the same as selling a home which involves letting go of a lifetime of memories. I was fortunate to find an Estate Agent who employs people who understood this. Jack has been the most helpful throughout the whole process. Especially with us being the sourcing agent for the buyer, some agents treat us differently but Jack continued to help us chase the matter through to completion without any issue and always friendly towards us. We have just moved into our new rental with Andrew Craig last week and so far they have been excellent at answering any questions I had whilst getting the tenancy setup and agreed. Within the short few days we've been at the new address we noticed a few minor issues in the kitchen and straight away David put these to contractors to be dealt with. Customer service is fantastic up to now. I will update this review at when the tenancy ends having had the full experience of being a customer.
