We chose Duncan Yeardley for the sale of our property based on the impression we got when walking into their office, friendly, professional and put us at ease. Not once have we felt any pressure and we've been able to go at a pace comfortable to us. They arranged an open day at our property and we had offers over asking within the next 24-48 hours. I can't recommend Duncan Yeardley enough. We have had a very difficult year and the whole team have been so kind, caring, patient and understanding. It's taken us just over a year to finally sell and buy our new property and some of the staff members, especially Gina transaction support, have become a friend! What can I say about Duncan Yeardley, just awesome from start to finish. The property was put on the market on a Thursday, a weekend of appointments were arranged with three asking price offers on the Monday. From there Gina took over and progressed the sale. Her knowledge of the chain was brilliant giving me an update every Monday morning and available in between if I had any questions. As an ex Estate Agent I have some knowledge of the process involved in selling homes. Duncan Yeardley stand head and shoulders above the competition
