Our recent purchase through McCarthy Holden was a particularly long and tricky one, but Tracey and David were really supportive the whole way through, keeping us updated and chasing different parties when needed. Tracey particularly went above and beyond, even following up with our buyers solicitor when they wouldn't respond to anyone else! 5 stars for McCarthy Holden!

We ran to McCarthy Holden after a new local estate agent failed to sell our home after multiple failed attempts and offer the level of service we required when selling in todays market. McCarthy Holden quickly ran to our rescue and had our property listed on the portals within days and had loads of viewings lined up. We then subsequently had an offer from a first time buyer who was able to move quickly in order to help us secure our onward purchase.

Amalia was our point of contact until the sale, and she is most professional estate agent I have come across so far. Not even once did we feel rushed, or pressured.
