Shaun and the team we're absolutely brilliant, sold our flat when another agent couldn't, and secured us our new home by matching us and it was the perfect property! Shaun went above and beyond for us, we both work full time so communication in working hours can be different, shaun made sure he was available whenever we needed him. Purchased our house in Crowthorne and so had lots on contact with the team there. Throughout the team were super friendly and helpful and it was always a please to deal with them. On moving day there were major delays caused by the solicitors but the team were supportive and helpfull. We even spent an hour or so in the office waiting for the solicitors to allow the release of the keys and we were fed hot chocolate and made to feel very welcome.
The icing on the cake was the little gift hamper they gave us upon completion which had things like tea, coffee and chocolate in to help us through the first couple of days. Not the cheapest way to sell a house but I feel they got us more for our house which more then covered there costs. This is based on neighbours selling at the same time using on-line only and getting a lot less.
