Nicholas Estate Agents and NEA Lettings are a husband and wife, family owned, run independent estate agent, a proud member of the Guild of Property Professionals, NAEA Propertymark and ARLA Propertymark. Nicholas Estate Agents are one of Reading's oldest names for property sales, purchases and lettings.

Founded by William Richard Nicholas in 1882 when Queen Victoria was on the throne, our early premises overlooked her statue in Reading town centre. For over 30 years we have sold and let residential property from our prominent premises in Caversham, Reading.
