Its not very often that I write a google review but on this occasion I felt that it was the very least we could do as me and my husband have been so impressed with the way Eddie, Matt and the team at Robinsons Estate Agents have managed a property purchase recently through themselves. We've purchased and sold many properties over the years through various agents but the purchase experience with Eddie and his team was extremely refreshing to come across compared to what we have had with other agents.
We can't fault the communication and professionalism through the whole process, which can of course be very stressful at times. So glad we were dealing with Eddie and the team. Buying or selling we would have absolutely no hesitations in recommending Eddie and his team at Robinsons Estate Agents.

Eddie and team have sold 3 houses for me in the past, and helped with the purchase of one. Eddie is very knowledgeable and totally professional. He also has fabulous local knowledge in the Maidenhead area so the team are well placed to value your sale and purchase accurately. Also, Eddie and team really earn their commission when it comes to keeping the sales moving and helping with a chain. I wouldn't use anyone else in Maidenhead.

We selected Eddie for our house sale over other agents because of his candid and honest approach - from the start he didn't try to flatter us with inflated promises. Unlike other agents that proclaim to have a network of potential buyers, he and his team do actually produce viable candidates, one of which was our eventual buyer. After a very disappointing experience with a large High St agent, we moved to Robinson's. They uploaded our brochure online on a Friday, had lined up a viewing the following Wednesday, with a serious offer made on the Thursday. The end to end handling was so incredibly genuine and thorough that as first time sellers, we struggled to understand what all the bad press about the UK market was about. Eddie and Matt oversaw our sale and didn't go missing at any stage - always available to chat through everything and not "shmarmy" and disinterested like our previous agents.
We were given a customised service, rather than the conveyor belt treatment and we believe their attention to detail is what got our place sold in such an unbelievably fast window, in a market flooded with properties exactly like ours. My partner and I will sing their praises to anyone, buying and selling is such a stressful experience and Robinson's made it as seamless as possible, cannot recommend them enough.
