I purchased a property which Cousins was acting as the sole agent. From the start Paul was very friendly, professional and courteous. I was impressed with the virtual tour of the property and it was easy to organise the viewing and ultimately place an offer which I was very glad was accepted by the seller. Even though there were some delays in the transaction completing he kept me informed of the seller's situation through email and telephone, and was always responsive. Highly recommended!

Steven Carter was brilliant with helping myself and my family move into our new house, all the paperwork was done very quickly and there was no fuss and any questions or queries we had were all dealt with very professionally and quickly, even after moving into the house any problems we have had Steven has dealt with on the same day as us ringing about them. Highly recommended!
