Lanes look after 2 of my rentals and I have been very impressed with the service I receive. Niggling issues are sorted promptly without the need for me to get involved especially when I'm busy with other things. Emails are answered and payments made on time rather than having to wait or chase. Highly recommended.

Do not use Lanes Property. Offer was agreed but after one week I was told by the agent that the vendor had another higher offer from a previous applicant. Total timewaster as money has been paid to get the ball rolling. The agent I dealt with was Patrick Duffy. No apologies were offered. Awful experience from an Assistant Branch Manager himself. Seems to me profit or comms outweighs everything else. Won't ever be using this company. Lesson learnt!
