Awful experience. We wanted to rent a property and send all requested documents and they assured us it is enough, we signed and payed deposit of nearly 400. They wasted two week of our time and we lost the money.

We sold our three bedroom property in Edmonton through Anthony Webb. Martin took lovely photos of our home and had lots of patience with us. Jack and the rest of the team were very professional and always there when we needed them. Jack was on time to attend the viewings and always updated us with feedback. Our home was viewed by genuine buyers and no time wasters.

We had a great experience dealing with Claudia and the team at Anthony Webb as the Estate Agents throughout our journey of purchasing our first home. From the start, viewings were super easy and stress free, no feeling of pressure at all. Claudia and the team regularly checked in to make sure things were moving along. We had a few IT/technical issues between our solicitors and the seller's solicitors emails not going through but once we knew about the issues, Claudia was on top of it and made sure each side received communications to prevent further delays.

We managed to complete just in time for the September Stamp Duty holiday deadline (no financial benefit to us as first time buyers, but I'm happy that we were able to help the seller make a saving.) Claudia and the team's efforts contributed to helping us complete on time. We're now the proud owners of a beautiful home and can't wait to move in!

Hi I have known this firm for years but Covid did not do them any good. The brochure they did for us had spelling and grammar errors plus after spending hours measuring our property they did not use them. We had to double check everything and remeasure. They allowed parents and children in the house at the same time(against covid rules) and left the child unattended to play with my possessions.

The purchaser confirmed this as Antony Webb denied it and tried to blame me for leaving things in the wrong place. They undervalue properties so they always get offers over the asking price. They did find us a purchaser and that part went smoothly mainly due to recommending a brilliant solicitor

Anthony Webb were fantastic to work with when we recently moved house. They kept us up to date throughout the process, and were always happy to speak and run through any questions we had over the phone. The whole team is very personable and friendly, but we dealt directly with Tony, Martin and Jack who offered us more support than the solicitors we were paying! I wanted to let a couple of my properties and was looking for a good reputable agent in and around the N13 area, I rang a lot of so called estate agents, but found them either not too professional or just not to bothered with my business. I then found Anthony Webb - after reading their reviews on Google, I have to say that they are exactly what people have written, i initially spoke with Tony who explained the service and cost and subsequently passed over to his team, I have to say I was kept well informed about viewings and the status of offers.

I have great positive feedback for Anthony Webb as it isn't often that customers receive the service they expect. On my first viewing of my prospective property I was met by Jack who was warm and welcoming and so helpful. When I wanted a second viewing Jack arranged it quickly with no problem whatsoever and responded to any communication quickly and honestly and was exceptionally helpful when offering advise and support.
