My flatmate and I had helped finding and moving into a new flat from Chats at Hanley Estates. I can safely say he made the entire experience of moving a lot less of a nightmare! Very reliable and responsive, I was able to clarify a lot of my confusion with living in London as a student with Chats. His service is second to none as I have not met any other property agent who give their clients their utmost priority and care! 12/10 would recommend, especially for students new to renting in London!

We've just used Hanley Estates for moving property in a few weeks time, they've been great at handling everything and Chats our agent has been very attentive to our questions even going as far to send us recommendations on broadband, gas and electric etc. The process has been smooth and so far so good, hoping the great service continues throughout our tenancy with Hanley Estates!

Great customer service, quick and on top of things. The team have been great with helping us move in, sort all the admin out and solve any issues we have had. I know it's a team effort but Krissi T from Hanley Estates has been great with responses and staying on top of the multiple topics we raised. The property we moved into had little issues we just wanted solved and she ensured we were not ignored and everything was covered. Great service and helps keeps the stress down! I absolutely love my new place where I am living right now! Hanley Estates are superb company, consisting of amazing lively people who work there! They helped me to rent my new home in London and for this I will be always thankful! I absolutely recommend them! They always are there on time when some problem appears with the property, or if I need anything, or have questions. Very careful people! My landlady is amazing too.

Could not have asked for a better agency and landlady. I am lucky! Thank you and will be forever thankful for this brilliant opportunity to rent such a nice one bedroom apartment at a perfect location in London!

Chats and his team at Hanley Estates were extremely helpful with my search for my new flat in North West London. I had thought that finding a flat might result to be problematic as I was only able to do online viewings from Germany before arriving to London, however, Chats and his team made it an easy and comfortable experience. They were very professional and efficient, while always being friendly and helpful to any questions I had. The whole process from the online viewing, singing contract, handling over the keys, etc. was incredibly smooth. Highly recommended.
