We were selling our much loved flat to move abroad on a very tight timeline. Terry said at our first meeting, that he thought it would be done and dusted before our flight and, of course, I did not really believe him. As it turned out, Sophie found the perfect buyers for the flat and we got the call to say it had completed while waiting in the queue to board the plane. Truly amazing! Sophie was great throughout the process and knew when and how much heat to apply to ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Recently bought a flat with the help of Sophie from Hobarts, she was extremely professional and helpful at every stage. Rented a house with Hobarts for 8years. Sue and the team were friendly and helpful when needed - I often forgot my keys, so it was handy that they were located just around corner! The agency have recently been good with the swapping over tenants and contracts. All deposits have been returned in a timely manner.

If you are looking to rent using Hobarts, save your energy and go with a more renter-friendly estate agents. As a private renting tenant, Hobarts have made the end of tenancy process incredibly difficult. The individual we are currently dealing with has been lazy and unprofessional throughout the process, and our correspondance with them whilst negotiating our tenancy deposit has been some of the worst communication I have ever had in my time of renting.

A lot of sales and purchases these days seem to be trickier than I remember from our last move many years ago, and our recent move threw up a number of issues that needed perseverance and expertise to help resolve. She was easy to contact, prompt to respond to queries and called us on a weekly basis to monitor the progress of our sale and help ensure any issues between solicitors were unstuck.
