I have to say that Mortemore Mackay were really good to deal with. I urgently needed to find somewhere for my family to stay as we were about to complete on the sale of our house and needed somewhere on a short term fixed contract. Most estate agents wouldn't entertain us as they wanted longer term renters only. However, Mortemore Mackay were open minded and negotiated a suitable contract on a property that suited both my family and the landlord. Dealing with Marianne in particular was very reassuring. Any queries were dealt with promptly.within 10 minutes usually. Really good experience all round.

Mortemore Mackay's Andrew Hunt was brilliant. With our house sale, he suggested the market could take a higher price than another estate agent had suggested, and the house sold within two days. He guided us expertly through the selling and buying process, with expertise and a refreshing frankness. The photographer did a great job. We're not sure their recommendations for solicitor and surveyor were the best (it's really hard to find good solicitors and surveyors!), but all in all a great experience, and would definitely recommend Mortemore Mackay and Andrew in particular.
