After having plenty of terrible experiences buying and renting with estate agents it has been such a breath of fresh air to have ones who are actually human, truly care and are lovely to deal with. Richard and his team have been absolutely outstanding throughout the purchase of our new home. We bought our house through Bracewells and from the start Richard was personable and extremely professional. Throughout the process we felt extremely looked after and saw Richards desire to find the right people for the homes he was selling. His approach was a breath of fresh air and so different to the normal high street agents. Moving is very stressful no matter what, however, moving in the middle of a pandemic is on another level. I would whole heartedly like to thank all of the amazing people at Bracewells for all of their support, kindness and help during this time. From my initial contact with Nicola, to the viewing with Richard and then sorting out the final details with Miriam. I can honestly say that this team are absolutely fantastic and quite frankly made an extremely stressful time a lot less stressful. I highly recommend Bracewells because they really do care!

Bracewells Estate Agent is extremely professional in its operations. I had an absolutely fantastic experience right from the start of my initial tenancy documentation to the end up until I receive my end of tenancy deposit. I can highly recommend Bracewells Boutique Estate Agents, by Priory Park N8. Previously I had some really dreadful experience with a large pushy Estate Agent. Unfortunately, they did not take the time to check that the property would suit the tenants and did not make a thorough reference check on my tenants, hence I ended up with a wrecked property and a tenant who refused to move out. The company agent (who had changed in the meantime) basically told me that this was not his problem. Worse experience ever!
Finally, meeting Miriam and Richard and thanks to their thorough involvement, made the experience of renting easy for me.
My experience has been smooth from start to finish and I highly recommend them to any landlord. My tenants are lovely and very sad to leave my property as their work takes them back to Spain. I have full confidence again that I am in great hands and great care with these wonderful Estate Agents!

Back in 2004, I was put in touch with Richard and Miriam at their Bracewells office in Hornsey. Suffice to say that that after 16 years of working with them, I can honestly say that they are the nicest couple to work with both as individuals and as an estate agent. They have always and continue to always look after clients first and foremost. We contacted Bracewells last summer when we were looking for a house to rent in North London. By that time, we were still living in Germany and were also a bit concerned to directly rent a house without seeing it before. Bracewells helped us a lot in finding the right property for us. The property descriptions and photographs on their webpage are absolutely correct and appropriate without any overstatements.
The application and qualifying process for the property (which is not straightforward when you do not have a UK registration, UK bank account or creditability record) was also extremely easy with the help of Bracewells. Even after having moved in, Richard and Miriam are still offering their constant support and helping us rapidly with any issue that comes up. Bracewells is a family run business with extensive knowledge on the London property market. They are an absolutely professional, reliable and helpful team.
