Excellent proactive communication from Prickett and Ellis Crouch End, with all parties, including solicitors, ensured momentum was maintained at all times. Prickett&Ellis were wonderful in the protracted Covid-period of selling my flat. From start back in September 2019 to finish in June 2021, throughout so many Covid-created ups-and-downs, the whole team has been professional and reassuring. Mark and Svetlana especially have dealt with my property, always calm, helpful, responsive and supportive, giving sound advice, never pushy, adapting to my needs, and generous with liaison time. We were shocked at our treatment from the lettings manager: Five months into a 2 year tenancy, our sadly tenant passed away. We had paid the full letting fee for the 2 years in advance. We went back to P&E to refund us the pro-rata fee and find us another tenant. They refused to refund anything! Astonishing! They were expecting to get paid twice in this situation. Contrast this with Marsh and Parsons where I had a similar situation.
They refunded me the pro-rata fee when tenant left and I gave them the instruction to let it again. We're progressing our complaint with the Ombudsman and property regulators. NEVER USE THIS FIRM!
