The business has been operating since 2000 and has expanded exponentially in those 21 years. We now have six distinct services that we offer including heating, insulation, sales and lettings, renewable technologies, build adaptations and new builds of luxury homes. We want to offer our services to assist more people that need our help covering England, Scotland and Wales from whatever property tenure whether it be an owner, occupier, private tenant and or landlord, social tenants, social housing providers and local authorities.

Broad Oak has been providing build solutions for over 20 years. We have a large team of builders working on developing new properties and renovating older ones. We have a team of 60 gas engineers that actively install first-time central heating, boilers and renewable energy systems. While we primarily deal with Government grant-funded work, we also happily look into those who are looking to have a job done privately. Broad Oak is a proud surveyor, supplier and installer of central heating and insulation utilising the ECO3 scheme. We don't outsource any of our work so you'll always be working with us.
