Absolutely tip top professional service that, once experienced, will make you realise the weakness in the online model. With a company like J Lord's you have an actual base to contact, staff who genuinely are interested in giving you the service you deserve and seem determined to be the best. They succeed. We purchased a house from J Lord and Co and felt nothing but utter satisfaction with the service, attention, updates and utter professionalism we experienced.

They seamlessly worked with our chosen teams of surveyors, solicitors etc and would regularly call us with updates on the vendor's progress. I know this seems strong but I would seriously not hesitate to return to J Lord and Co should we need to sell our beautiful house we just bought. Jacqui, Julie and everyone else. We dealt with J Lord when purchasing our first property. There were no pushy sales techniques in the show around which really helped us remain level heading on viewing and meant we could take our time. There were many frustrating bumps in the chain over the course of around 10 months, but J Lord were so good at communicating with us regularly, on behalf of the vendor, that it really put us at ease.

They were always such a friendly team, willing to help with any queries and would get back to us promptly. We would highly recommend them again and definitely use them in future should we come to sell. Thanks again!

Not the cheapest estate agent but by far and away the best in this area. We achieved the best price as a seller but the attention to detail and complete communication puts them leagues ahead of the competition. Having experienced the buying and selling styles of some other agents in Northwich I am surprised there are still so many as competition. Get the best help, get it right and be happy like we were!
