What an absolute pleasure to deal with. Richard is an exceptionally professional agent. When we first came to view the house it was clear that he had taken time to understand the features. We were always kept in the loop and he was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Our purchase was technically challenging but Richard always came up with solutions not problems. We had such great experience dealing with Simon. He was very professional, and was very accommodating to our requests to bring tradesmen in for quotes, all while the purchase was going on. When we left messages at reception/central office, they were very prompt on getting back to us. It was a very pleasant experience, and Simon was easy to speak to.
