Every interaction has been an appalling experience. They are rude and fail to ask even the most basic questions (e.g. what position is the buyer in or are they interested in any other properties?). Sadly it is a trend as my wife had the same experience dealing with another sales person (one was male, the other female - both terrible).

Just giving update regarding the property I wanted to rent that Andrew Dawson estate agent was dealing, after I gave the honest review regarding how unprofessionally they deal, after reading my honest review instead of apologising this agent name graham slater tried to threaten me that as per my review the landlord is unlikely to want me as a tenant and next day I received a email that landlord don't want to go ahead with my application. Now he already put me in difficult position once he did it once again but fortunately there are some nice and professional people Stuart's estate agent who helped me move in in new property in 1day.

I just share my letting experience with this state agent very disappointed kept my flat in the market for as long as 3 month whit no much reply and they said is over priced, which i ask them to value it at first. and they charge more fee as we agreed, its not finishing yet i still get letter from utility company estimated bill they didn't take meter reading right, when i ask them why they told me its happen all the time

Can't thank Dawsons enough for all their help during our move. We originally had our house up for sale with Bridgfords for more than six months with no offers. Switched to Dawsons and Stefan sold it within six weeks! We had a difficult chain for a number of reasons, and Mike was really helpful keeping us up to date and staying in contact with our buyers to make sure they were also happy. Highly recommended!

Both Stefan and Mike helped with the sale of our place. Amazing service, did everything possible to get the sale over the line right to the end and did much more then I expected, very patient putting up with my endless calls and emails and certainly made the process easier. Thanks again Guys
