A holding deposit equivalent to 1 Weeks rent will be due to hold a property, this is non refundable if any tenants fails a Right to rent check or gives deliberate false information throughout the referencing procedure. We will need payment of one month's rent in advance plus a deposit of an amount normally equal to one months rent.
