Andrew Louis's services are great and is everything I've been looking for in an estate agency. They are very professional, friendly and efficient. Specially, Hayley Carrol is fabulous, very friendly and very helpful! She is always quick to respond and always very helpful. It is very hard to get a good apartment in Liverpool while you are not present in Liverpool. When I was relocating from Durham to Liverpool, Hayley has been fantastic with her support and helped me getting a nice apartment just near University of Liverpool.
She's knowledgeable, friendly and helpful at all times. The amount of telephone calls, emails ive made to her to ask about onething or another and not once has she made me feel that I was bothering her. Its honestly has been a pleasure to have such a helpful estate agent! Absolutely fantastic service from Hayley and we are very very grateful to her and Andrew louis!
