I was recommended Pat's company by a friend in 2022. I have been working with him since to grow my property portfolio and I'm not sure what I would do without him. Pat was great. Went on the Liverpool tour with him and was extremely beneficial. He shared some great tips, insights and general knowledge regarding the property market. He is one of the few only that really has the interest of the client in mind and most importantly he is honest!
I went through a deep due diligence and I personally tried to work with many property sourcer and he is really a gem.
That's why I now feel comfortable working with him also for my clients from Hong Kong.
He has a deep knowledge of Liverpool, great connections and a lot of patience to go through the long process of buying a property in the UK.
