I cannot begin to say how impressed I am with the service from Claire at New Way Homes. After seeing a review saying how good they were I decided to get in touch with both New Way and another 'large' company with offices in Penketh. Claire was responsive and professional right from the start coming in with a great quote, the other company was much more expensive and when I reached out to them, they were very rude in their reply including a comment of 'cheap is not always best'.
Well I chose Claire and as I live in the US things could have proven to be a little difficult, not with Claire taking care of things! She was fantastic at communicating with me, the solicitors, the buyers and keeping everything calm and moving along. She was invaluable to me through the whole process. Do not even look any further than New Way Homes, they are absolutely THE BEST. Thank you Claire, I will always remember your help and kindness.

You guys should add printed QR codes to your for sale signs. Think it would be a brilliant innovation that if you are walking past you could scan it and be shown the full listing of the house.
