Recently purchased a property with Brock Taylor and as a buyer the sales progression was effective and timely. I had good confidence in the information that was being provided to me from the seller through the estate agent and was able to act promptly to resolve issues during the contract portion of the sale. My only negative is that on completion I received a wooden box with tea, jam and chocolate. This was appreciated but fitting the box in the car with all of the other stuff we had for moving was a bit of an overload!

As first time home buyers, the Brock Taylor team were amazing, and really made our experience special. Their communication, and prompt responses really helped to manage our anxiety levels and their dedicated Sales Progressor, Leanne was fantastic! Always so pleasant, personable, professionally, knowledgeable and always responded promptly, offering guidance and suggestions to keep the transaction moving along steadily. The service I received from Brock Taylor was professional, friendly and very reactive. Liam Stanbridge managed the sale from start to finish and quickly answered any questions or concerns that I had. Nothing was too much for Liam and he really dedicated his time to getting to know the property and it's selling points. I was very impressed with the attention to detail that was given when taking photos, he really captured the character of the property.

Due to this I was flooded with viewing requests within a day of the property being advertised. Every step of the way Liam and the Team at Brock Taylor were on hand to ensure the sale went smoothly. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely be using them in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised at the professional service that I received from Brock Taylor on my viewing of one of their listings. Due to public transport delays I phoned ahead to explain my situation and the office personal done everything they could possibly have done to assist me in the unforeseen situation to ensure that my viewing went ahead as originally planned. Emily Lee, who kindly showed me the property was completely professional and very knowledgeable regarding both he property and the wider area. Just great to see such a great company led and supported by great agents. I would definitely recommend them. Well Done!

Fantastic. They sold the house first time within 4 weeks. The buyer pulled out after months, and on the brink of exchange. Brock Taylor sold it again within 10 days. Professional, honest and decent company with local staff who know the market. Delivered over and above on what they promised. The sale of your property is 100% in safe and trustworthy hands. It has to be said other estate agents that I used before I moved the sale to Brock Taylor over promised and under delivered and after 3 months during peak summer time failed to sell or even have close to the no. of potential buyers that Brock Taylor had after just 2 weeks. I would use and recommend every time.
