Wanted to view a few let properties. Was called and was told someone would get back to me after asking if I had pets and they never did. The property was advertised falsely too upon speaking with the agent.

I have just rented a property through Churchill estate agents and found them very easy to deal with. Emails were answered quickly, and they kept in touch through the whole process of setting up the tenancy. I'm very happy with the service I received, and definitely recommend them.

I cant speak highly enough of Churchills, they have been my agent for over 5 years finding me fantastic equestrian tenants and then managing the tenancy for me. They have just negotiated and dealt with the 5 year renewal and their professionalism and knowledge is as rare as it is outstanding. I first worked with them 25 years ago and this longevity in an agency speaks volumes I believe.

I can't recommend Churchills enough! They really went that extra mile. They know the business inside and out, and where very patient with my never ending phone calls!
