I have lived in London for 6 years now, and renting a property through Matt has been over and above the best experience I have had when signing for an apartment. Let's Find a Home gave us the time to complete two viewings so that both myself and my partner could attend, and Matt was extremely flexible with this process. The contract signing experience was highly quick, clear and efficient and all relevant deposit information and documentation was explained thoroughly and delivered to us promptly.
Everything was honest and open and presented to us at a very fair price. When we moved in, the flat was finished beautifully and fully re-grouted and re-carpeted. The property management support has been faultless, receiving assistance with transferring over bills and fixing problems (that are very, very few) extremely quickly. We are very happy and peacefully enjoying our new flat - with Matt facilitating a great process and being on hand if needed. Thank you!
