Very happy with the service and kind attention that I have received from Watson's Estate agents. Sally Hodgson has mainly attended to me and has been courteous and understanding throughout. Will (William) showed me around the house and again was very patient and informative. As Will had lived close by the house in question he was able to vouch for the area being a nice one. As I'm moving into the area from Hull, his knowledge really helped me. I really can't fault the service and thoroughly recommend.

Really great experience with Watsons Estate agents. Loved the fact I was able to communicate with the same person throughout the whole duration from viewing to purchasing. Well what do I say here goes. Watsons estate agents have been AMAZING with us. We have lived in our current house for 23yrs so we did not have a clue what to do with buying or selling as it had been so long. The Team at Watson's have made this a very easy experience going at our pace which may I add was a quick pace as we had seen a property they had advertised that we wanted. Within a day our property was on the market which was a Thursday by the Friday we had 18 viewings booked for that weekend as we had said we wanted as many as possible. Wow they kept to their word by the Tuesday my house was sold and the vendors on the house we wanted had accepted our offer. They are very professional and true to there word we could not of done this very huge step in our lives without them. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend using Watsons Estate Agents. We were well informed by Will, during the valuation, of a good price to market our property to promote ultimate interest. Within the first week they generated a lot of interest and we ultimately had offers that exceeded the asking price. Francesca and Laura at the office kept us up to date with viewing and offers. We accepted an offer within the week of signing the contract.

We put our house up for sale at short notice. Within hours Watsons explored there in depth data base and quickly set up numerous viewings. The house was sold very quickly. Currently going through the sales process and Watsons are being helpful namely Angelina explaining processes and explaining next steps with us never having sold a house. Our experience with Watson's was poor. The agents were uncommunicative, leaving us to continually chase on the phone, and it felt like we received a lot of "fobbing off". It's natural for estate agencies to play people off a little, but we felt that a LOT with Watson's. Although agencies are aimed to help the vendor more than the buyer, you would still expect some guidance upon purchasing, but there was none from Watson's, only standard issue mailing list emails. Unfortunately, being an independent business means they have no one to answer to for their lack of good conduct. Additionally, reading some of their chosen responses to negative reviews on here further indicates a lack of professionalism.

If you want to sell your house I'd highly recommend Watson's, as they will go to every effort to sell for a maximum profit - attested to here on Google as the only good reviews are from sellers - however if you are buying I would stay clear.
