We had a good experience with Samuel Estates. They are helpful and responsive on the whole. Special mention to Yohana - she was excellent and always showed she really cared and wanted to resolve any issue we had whilst being tenants with SE for 18 months. She would respond out of hours when necessary and be there for any kind of support/extra mile service. Appreciate your help.
