Great experience renting a flat through Rosewood. Mohsin and Tan were extremely helpful, keeping us well informed throughout the process, quickly addressing any issues or queries we had, and helping arrange a deal that all parties were happy with, rather than just creating bidding wars and driving prices up. Much better than your typical estate agent!

The staff at Rosewood have been amazing particularly Tan. He is always quick to respond to questions and goes out of his way to assist you in anyway he can. This has been the best experience I've had working with an estate agents and I have moved a lot. Can not recommend them more!

We loved having Rosewood Estates as our rental agent. Tan knew lots about the property and was excited about showing us around which was refreshing from the other viewings we'd been to! Super informative and professional as well. Highly recommend for rental properties if you need an agent in the SW area London.

Unbelievably exceptional service, we are new in London and were in contact with Allayen Leong Tan and it was totally a fantastic experience in renting the property. the description and pricing and responsiveness in communication was amazing. The process went super smooth and without any hickup. Allayen Leong Tan supported even after we moved in sorting up things like bills communication with landlord etc. Experience could have never been better. :
