Extremely unprofessional, unethical letting agency. Have not dealt with a worse agency in the last 5 years. Despite repeated requests, they don't care or bother to maintain the property once you have rented it. Would strongly advise to give this agency a miss

Unprofessional service. Terrible communication bordering on misinformation. Made an offer to rent a flat and was then assured by the agent that we had secured it. After 3 weeks of waiting to provide the deposit but not being given any details by Benson & Partners, we were informed that unfortunately the landlord had decided to rent to a different tenant. By this time we had cancelled viewings for other flats. We were also treated very poor regarding our check-out process. The inventory clerk who cooperated with them came and broke things on purpose to ask us reimbursement and hold our deposit.
