Friendly people, they worked as a great team to find the best property to suit my budget and requirements. Stuart was great at showing me the potential in every property. I am considering listing a rental property with Braithwait in the near future as well. Great team.

Braithwait's were extremely helpful and professional when I was buying my first home. They made really good recommendations and ensured the process was as straightforward as possible whilst navigating the natural obstacles that come up when buying a property.

My husband and I rented from Braithwait in Maida Vale for two years. The lease signing process was smooth, and they were communicative and friendly throughout the period. There were a few times where we had to send follow-up emails when not hearing back after 2-3 days regarding repair requests, but their responses were always still timely enough. What we really appreciated was their assistance during the end-of-lease process.

We asked them for their guidance and instructions, and they delivered clearly. They also helped us with meeting the cleaners when they really didn't have to. We received our deposit back with no issue at all. Really good, honest people over at Braithwait, which I have found is not so common among housing rental agencies.

Accepted our offer, insisted on a quick exchange, and then - once we had incurred survey, mortgage and legal fees - delayed on providing lease paperwork for 6 months, before re-marketing the property, only at a price that was 20% higher than previously agreed. The owners of Braithwait seem to think that because they developed, owned and represented this property, that somehow they can cheat with impunity. Do not trust them, do not deal with them and do not bother entering into any conversations with them at all. Save your breath...
